Bob & Loui McCurley
Senior Pastor
Pastor Bob is the founding pastor of Calvary Chapel Bennett and is passionate about teaching directly from God’s Word. While he is very serious about carefully handling the Word of God, Pastor Bob also has a goofy side and loves to kid around.
Having lived in Colorado for over 30 years, he loves the mountains and being outdoors. In addition to pastoring CCB, Bob also volunteers as a mountain rescuer and occasionally teaches rescue and rope access classes for industry.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics along with a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from seminary and is currently pursuing a second Masters Degree. Bob is especially passionate about the fact that God’s Word is inerrant (in the original texts) and completely compatible with the Creator of science.
Loui is Bob’s wife and helpmate and is passionate about, well, everything… With an advanced education in Biblical studies and a passion for truth, Loui enjoys engaging in Bible studies and discipleship. As a certified life coach, she also enjoys helping people discover how to better align their potential with God’s plan.
As an executive, public speaker, and published author, Loui stays fully subscribed and yet still remains available to always lend a helping hand. She also volunteers with mountain rescue and is an instructor for work and rescue at-height.

Jim & Janet Elkins
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Jim is the assistant Pastor at Calvary Chapel Bennett. He is devoted to teaching the Word of God straight from the Bible.
His wife Janet is in charge of the musical worship ministry. She leads the congregation in musical worship for our Lord and Savior at Sunday services. Pastor Jim is also part of the musical worship team.

Peggy Uhl
Administrative Assistant
Peggy Uhl is the administrative assistant for Calvary Bennett. She has been attending since 2010 and has been working for the church since 2011. Peggy manages Pastor Bob’s schedule, as well as managing The Good Book – Bookstore.
